Pros

I worked with BLE at the Masters for two years now. The atmosphere is unlike any other job environment you've worked. Its fun and you are well looked after and taken care of. Toby does an excellent job of spreading out the hectic week with equal amounts of work for everyone. The Masters is one of BLE biggest events of the year and they run it well and pretty efficiently

Cons

Only cons of working here is long days. But that is what is expected with how much Bucket list does for their customers. they go above and beyond and so that requires you to go above and beyond but like the headline says you get out what you put in

Pros

I have worked three events with Bucket List Events from 2016-2018, and would have worked many more if my schedule had allowed. This is an incredible opportunity to experience some of the worlds greatest events in a very unique way. As a guide, it was my job to learn about the event and city and make sure clients were enjoying themselves and had everything they need. Interacting with clients is so amazing for anyone who enjoys meeting, talking to, and quickly becoming great friends with people from all over the globe. I've interacted with all of the full time management staff and everyone is very kind and supportive. They will quickly become an awesome blend of both friend and boss. I have always felt prepared and equipped to do my job, even when traveling in foreign and unfamiliar places and countries. Management does a great job making sure the team works as a cohesive unit and that each team member is valued and taken care of.

Cons

The events require you to be willing to work really hard to make sure the clients are taken care of. Sometimes this means tiring days with sacrificed sleep and lots of walking. But it really isn't that bad since the jobs are temporary and you'll be having so much fun you will hardly notice being tired. I also really appreciate that the mangers onsite for events tend to recognize when you are tired and give you an afternoon or evening off. You'll quickly learn that cons melt away... if you are there to ensure clients are having fun, you will absolutely be having fun yourself.

Pros

The company name describes it perfectly: Bucket List Events. On an annual basis, staff members travel to The Masters, Kentucky Derby, Running of the Bulls, Oktoberfest, the Olympics, and other popular international events. Your job is to make sure the clients experience some of the premier destinations in the world while you get to experience them yourself. The collective staff is passionate and proud about the unique niche the company holds in the travel world.

Cons

Lots of time on the road. When working on-site at events, the hours are long and sleep is inconsistent, which doesn't suit everyone. This aspect of the job needs to be thoroughly understood if you are considering working here.
