Pros
-It's a small company, so it has a family feel. -The owner Buck Buchanan treats his employees well. -The pay is decent. -Team building lunches and holiday parties quite often.
Cons
-The bonus structure is better with larger companies. -A lot of the tenants are on Section 8 and can be hard to deal with at times. -The medical and dental benefits aren't great.
