Pros
Absolutely none - avoid this workplace
Cons
- Ceo runs the organisation as her own business and not like a public company. There is no consultation with management or teams, and there are many 'captains calls' which are not based on strategy or even simply commonsense - There is absolutely no investment in people or culture. People are a means to an end and are dispensable. The attrition rate would be over 50%, and the management team do not discuss that as a problem - or even care about it. - There is no capability development or career planning, nor is there any desire to introduce it. It would 'cost too much'. - There is no trust in staff. No regard for their assessment or opinions. - There is an unsustainable appetite for risk in sales, and poor investment choices. - The business is built on PR, and there's not a lot of substance underneath it. - It's the classic example of a toxic workplace in a spiral downwards.
