      Pros

      - Dynamic environment where you learn something new everyday - Work with talented people - Wonderful clients, you get to work with some of the leading companies in the B2B tech Media and Entertainment sectors and nice people who will also inspire you and push you to be a better professional - Fun team - there is a great culture of teamwork and we all get along very well

      Cons

      - Hybrid working (I see it as a positive thing but some people may prefer to have full time from home now)

      The management at the agency is very supportive, plus you work hard but have lots of fun doing it.

      Cool industry to be working in

      The people who run it seemed to be more bothered about retaining their lifestyle than actually running a business No trust or respect from above - everything you do is scrutinised and questioned Lose clients all the time : the only reason they ever win clients is reputation alone and then when people start working with them they are shocked at the little amount of results/work being done The directors/majority of the team are incompetent and don't even know how to write a press release Anyone good at PR that they ever hired has realised the whole thing is a joke/front and has left asap I honestly don't know how they can function as an operational business
