Pros
The company is going through change including a change in systems and processes as well as cultural and these changes create opportunities to learn and develop. Exciting and dynamic company to work for and there are staff members who have remained loyal to the company through all of it's changes from SA Eagle Insurance company, through Zurich Insurance company and now Bryte SA.
Cons
Some of the old cultures remain along with staff who have worked for the company for the past decades. Staff have remained loyal through all of these changes and in some of these there could be perceived to be a resistance to embrace change.
