Pros
I worked at Bryson Products for two years, and while there were certainly some positive aspects, my experience was mixed overall. The company’s commitment to sustainability and being carbon negative is commendable.
Cons
However, I found that communication and team support were areas in need of improvement. There was often a lack of clear direction or timely updates, which made it challenging to stay aligned with the rest of the team and meet project deadlines effectively. This sometimes led to confusion and frustration, particularly when working on campaigns or coordinating with different departments. Support from management could have been more consistent. In some cases, it seemed like team members were expected to take on a lot without much collaboration or guidance.
