Cons
A constant struggle for growth despite the obvious need for departmental expansion. Outside consultants were brought in to provide insight into departmental needs/advancement, growth plans were drafted, and local management was in favor of expansion—still, this was squashed at the senior level due to what was ultimately deemed an inability to relinquish control.
