Close to my home; pay fell within local industry standards. Gave me quite a bit of training for job which was nice.

Very little discretion practiced when any problem came up. You couldn't count on a supervisor not to turn around and blab something. Supervisors complained about their managers, and complained about their underlings. Very demoralizing. I heard bigoted comments of all kinds. People grinned and acted friendly until someone walked out of a room, at which point people would commence shredding said person's reputation.
