company lunches, work/life balance, fun Christmas party, no one really cares when you come/ leave work.

office politics, low pay, upper management cannot manage nor do they care about the employees. Some will quit and then come back weeks later after blasting them on social media. Likes to recycle unreliable employees instead of going through the work of finding new ones.
