Pros
It is a small company, so it is an internship that provides insight into what it is like working at a smaller firm with only 10-20 employees.
Cons
They used a website (CDbaby, I believe it was called) to send a form email to every artist selling music telling them that they could help them get radio play. The artist then would email back with some of their music and they would then have their inexperienced interns write reviews about the music to try and attract their business. If the artist unfortunately paid for services, they could expect airplay on unheard of college stations.
