Company got to big - Engineer Brush Employee Review

Great people to work with. No two days are alike. Always a new experience waiting around the corner.

Lack of training throughout the company. Training is not readily offered but must be pursued heavily. Not sure if this has now become the standard within corporate America.

If I could give this company a negative number I would

High revolving door, drugs at the plant, unethical practices, poor management, and always short-staffed.
