Everyone body tries to be the best and it is a very competitive market. Thinking they're from a small area of Canada (population wise), you would think they're laid back but they have an aggressive mind set and really want to win at everything they do.

Political, full of snakes and everybody there wants to win but only wants themselves to win. If you know this going in, you'll do just fine. But if not, watch out as they will try and get rid of you for no good reason. By "They" I'm referring to the people in the middle of the organization. Those that are trying to move up on the hard work of others.

Opportunity for movement, some good co-workers. Decent benefits.

Culture is toxic, senior management turns over almost annually. IT takes credit for everything, but the head of the department throws everyone under the bus. Individuals who perform well and end up staying, tow the company line and do not challenge the status quo. Head office should be condemned; no A/C, roof leaks, and the heat stops working often but no one seems to care.
