Pros
Advanced Systems Group is a collection of smaller OEMs, Distribution, and Integration for the Brunswick corporation. We service the Marine and RV markets. The work environment is very friendly, the benefits and pay are competitive to above average. Opportunities for career advancement within ASG and the larger Brunswick group are plentiful. Brunswick prides itself on diversity and champions the TIDE program to ensure inclusion. Work/Life balance is also a big emphasis for HR.
Cons
The Integration wing of ASG is a fast paced environment and relatively new within the organization. Those that don't enjoy this pace or style of work would not align with our business model. That being said the pace is not overwhelming.
