I worked in the Verification Department in Marktheidenfeld for several months as an external engineer. My experience as an international employee was difficult. I often felt isolated, unsupported, and struggled to integrate into the team. Communication and feedback were inconsistent, and I personally felt that the environment was not very welcoming for newcomers from abroad. After leaving, I learned that other international colleagues had similar experiences in the same department. This made me realize that my situation was not unique. I hope the team will improve its onboarding, communication, and support for foreign engineers, because the company itself has strong global values and many positive aspects.
