Creative ideas are encouraged from/for any area of the business, and many of those ideas are actually brought to life. Hard work is balanced with happy hours, outings as a team, great benefits (including flexible time off + a hybrid work schedule), etc. Feedback is taken to heart by leadership, and many changes have been made accordingly.
