Great group of folks that kept the business and employees together during the pandemic. Business is led by an outstanding Managing Director who emphasizes transparency in the workplace, and is open to feedback and actively listens to employees. Women take active and prominent leadership roles across all degrees of management, and you can tell this shapes the culture in great and noticeable ways. I say this as a male employee who has only worked in male dominated industries and workplaces, so it's very refreshing and eye-opening. You can tell people care about their work here.
Cons
The agency sometimes has issues hiring/vetting new employees, which leads to early turnaround. Long term prospects are much better past the 90 day review phase.
