Pros

Great coworkers and excellent benefits. The company was also very understanding and supportive of personal issues during my time there.

Cons

The recent restructuring in my department, combined with a strong push to meet metrics and ongoing short staffing, has resulted in heavy micromanagement and insufficient time to complete assigned duties. This makes an already stressful, first-line escalation role even more challenging. Middle management is often inexperienced in leading people, which creates a lack of effective guidance and a poor work environment. Instead of fostering support, the focus tends to be on oversight and pressure. For remote employees, advancement opportunities are nonexistent, making it impossible to grow or progress within the company. I’m giving work-life balance 2 stars because, while the company offers generous time off, the stress from the job is so overwhelming that it ruins the rest of your day. Many of us would leave work feeling completely drained, often going straight to bed just to “reset” from the mental exhaustion.
