      There is a collaborative atmosphere and supportive workforce which helps drive the sales team in a forward direction. Headquarters personnel are friendly and very helpful.

      Being in the US and working for a Canadian based company, there is sometimes a slight lack of understanding of the US retail marketplace.

      Was a great company to work for until the new owners took over.

      Cons

      New owners have no idea how to run a "Western" company. They still think it's a Chinese company and run the company like a labor-camp. Everyone is on pins and needles all the time. No one is brave enough to challenge or question anything. You are expected to do jobs that are not even part of your job description. Couldn't wait to leave......
