      Nice line of cookware.

      Cons

      No consistent new products. Marketing is atrocious. Owners aren’t making investment but expect sales to go up “because”. Rifled through 3 US Sales Directors in less than 24 months. Position is open again now for 5 months.

      Was a great company to work for until the new owners took over.

      Cons

      New owners have no idea how to run a "Western" company. They still think it's a Chinese company and run the company like a labor-camp. Everyone is on pins and needles all the time. No one is brave enough to challenge or question anything. You are expected to do jobs that are not even part of your job description. Couldn't wait to leave......
