      Pros

      Pay is pretty decent and the work is pretty steady. Have never been laid off.

      Cons

      Lack of good leadership. They took away profit sharing because of a slow year, and yet said that it will never come back. Any project out of the ordinary they flounder big time. Poor project management.

      Extremely unorganized and lack communication skills. People who travel are worked to the bone with no real compensation.
