I was hired and relocated for a process improvement and development position which became a fill in wherever position. Upper management is very weak and seem to have a"good ol boy's club" in every sense of the word. The vice president quit and any hope of getting into the position I was hired for went with him.after failing miserably in a position in which I had very little experience,I was finally fired which is really a relief anyway.
