*Its a hollow shell- If people only knew how bad it was on the inside* Poor management- Driven by a poor HR department. Terrible bonus structure Poor decisions by people in influential positions rewarded constantly No chance to progress then ostracized if exiting the company to move up Not against D-and-I but it has been prioritized over sensible decisions and is truly negatively impacting success
