Pros
- Can't really fault the culture. There is a constant, incredible commitment to diversity & inclusion and management is always seeking advice/feedback from everyday employees on how we can improve. - The majority of colleagues are very collaborative and more than happy to help you. You will stick out if you only like to do things yourself though - Hiring has gotten a lot better in European markets, there was previously a big workload with some people covering 2/3 jobs but it's getting better.
Cons
- Yearly pay reviews haven't really been in line with inflation. Company grew massively during Covid so should reflect this in salary adjustments. - A lot of meetings for meetings sake but this is being refined as we go along
