      Great benefits as far as insurance, 401K, and vacation time.

      Cons

      No communication from management as far as things that are happening with the company. They wouldn't even notify the staff when a person left the company.

      Small company so advancing is harder but it’s a great environment!

      Good entry level company in to the industry

      Used to be a phenomonal company but made some sub-par mid-top level management positions around 2021 and never really recovered
