Cons
Brothers management put me and my family in danger 4 separate times by failing to follow basic protocols for job pre inspections. Because of this I was covered in lead dust 4 separate times over the last year (June 2021-June 2022). When I complained to management they just shrugged and said “human error” while I had to go home to my 6 year old putting her heath at risk. They shaved my hours down claiming that the drive back from jobs to return company vehicles was my time and that the clock stopped once I started their vehicles to return their truck back to the shop. This resulted in lower recorded hours for the week so they could justify their pay out to me for the week claiming that I was paid “a higher hourly wage in comparison to the amount of hours I worked”. They expect you to install $10k entry doors and bay windows for $150-$167, have an unprofessional manager who often sends threatening texts and emails yet will not look you in the eye in person, and pay you the lowest possible amount they can do they keep their production cost low enough to earn a bonus in the office. They will treat you great for the first 6 months and then your pay will drop steadily til you find something that pays better. Avoid at all costs.
