Pros

The residents are awesome and a joy to service.

Cons

The $53000 salary is not enough for any person to live in Colorado. I had to get a second job to pay my $1828 rent in a 60% tax credit affordable housing unit. When you request a raise you are denied while upper management gets new titles with a raise The company hierarchy makes it near impossible for a manager to properly manage, maintenance is a separate tree and is allowed to steal materials, and ignore resident request and management direction. Whistle blowers are immediately terminated. Their policy doesn't allow write ups or corrective action it is immediate termination. I have seen at least 4 employees let go immediately for different types of infractions. If I could I would give 0 stars I would!
