Very organized and every day is fun and different

Management messes up scheduling sometimes but that’s everywhere

I love my job at Brothers and I appreciate everyday I get to go to work. Many of my co-workers are wonderful people and I’m proud of the work we do. We care about our customer and only want to promote a positive company image.

Upper management is very iron fisted and have very old and outdated ways of leading. It feels a bit like prison with a warden in charge. Managers in each department should have the ability to lead their team, and not be so fearful of losing their jobs. They should definitely be held accountable, but not be scared to make decisions and do their work. We need to have the tools, information and organization to do our jobs efficiently.
