      When working at Brookside I enjoyed being a part of the elderly people's life.

      Cons

      At Brookside it was hard to keep a stable shifts. We were hiring too many people so the schedules were not stable enough.

      Pros

      Good with scheduling never was bounced around halls.

      Cons

      Heavy work load. Each night you're working alone; although you have your RN, they are so busy that it will all fall on you.
