      Good benefits and fair salary increases. Nice office environment and friendly staff. Low stress for the most part.

      Cons

      Not much flexibility for remote work. Some of the older employees like to gossip.

      Cons

      few remote days for legal assistants; long walk to employee parking deck in downtown Greensboro (not so safe area).

      Pros

      PTO increases significantly if you stay with the firm. Most of the attorneys are nice to staff.

      Cons

      management leaves much to be desired, it is somewhat sexist. Some attorneys are allowed free reign as to how to treat their legal assistant.
