      Pros

      Firm enjoys a sterling reputation and features highly skilled lawyers. Beautiful offices in both locations. Their benefits package can be described as adequate but little more.

      Cons

      The salaries of support staff were well below industry averages for many skill areas. An invisible wall existed between lawyers and staff. HR director was lacking.

      Work environment; benefits, PTO; Flex Time; work/life balance; prestigious reputation

      Cons

      few remote days for legal assistants; long walk to employee parking deck in downtown Greensboro (not so safe area).

      Pros

      PTO increases significantly if you stay with the firm. Most of the attorneys are nice to staff.

      Cons

      management leaves much to be desired, it is somewhat sexist. Some attorneys are allowed free reign as to how to treat their legal assistant.
