Pros

- Independent Work: you get your tasks for the day and you complete them; every once in a while, you have a meeting to discuss with your sup, but for the most part, you work alone. I like it! - Small company- because it is very small, you feel important and your opinion/thoughts matter. You even get to know your boss's boss :)

Cons

Long hours- because it is a small company, there are days you have to work overtime or even weekends to meet the deadlines Small staff- you have a lot of work to make up for any slack, so hopefully you have a boss who works and not try to give you most of the work to do for the program - Pay- unfortunately with nonprofits, it isn't a lot of money; you do more than what you're paid. With BWI, it isn't too bad but you still wish you can get paid more especially when you work hard and long hours.
