Pros

Food Leftovers, BOH familial environment, fun to actually teach classes which has more to do with the clientele than the class itself

Cons

Poor pay, poor scheduling -- essentially always on call Owner is not well-- one minute she comes across as professional and engaging and the next she is erratic, controlling while somehow still being detached if that's possible, emotionally unstable, abusive, will cry wolf to extract sympathy from staff, insulting, raises her voice at you when she knows shes wrong, racially discriminatory. She would have us pedal her husband's balsamic vinegar. The owner is competitive with her own employees, if you attract attention to the company she takes offense. Recipes created by the owner are not good-- especially the "infamous" RBG soup. That last one isn't helpful but it is easy to get lured into working here, just be mindful. If you are going to work here -- at the very least, maintain your distance, and stick to a part-time schedule with side gigs.
