Pros
Biggest player in its field in Canada
Cons
Bullying culture throughout the company. Employees were forced into the office during the height of pandemic. Senior management checked with legal counsel to make sure staff won't be able to sue the company. Top management is filled with a sea of egotistical old white guys. Once during townhall, the CEO got mad at loud background noise and left the meeting completely like a 5-year-old child. Working in the office is like being in a jail. Every move is under watch. Women who are favored by the management are very catty and gossip like mean high school girls. Brutal manual work is done to produce a billion-dollar AUM company's financial statements, which inevitably results in long working hours.
