Due to the legacy bureaucracy and not strictly defined boundaries of responsibility, working for a new division made it difficult to figure out my role because it wasn’t defined to me and I was expected to carve it out myself, stepping on toes frequently. There are many territorial groups as a result. Also big con is they are strict about 5 days in the office, don’t like you to work from home. There are no hybrid arrangements (except in special individual circumstances).
