Pros
- Can move up fast with the right exposure to people. Some people go from Manager level roles to VP in less than 5 years - Exposure to c-suite executives because of the open floor plan. - Opportunity to travel for most roles. - Lots of smart people to learn from.
Cons
- No flexibility on remote work. - Pay is below average for an organization this size - Managers can be micromanagers - Don't know if this is a con but it is formal wear everyday, strict dress code for men in the Toronto office.
