Working for brook street public sector Birmingham has destroyed my mental health. I wasn't based in Birmingham but they were my employer for a specific Civil service company where toxicity and bullying is extremely high. They were unsupportive and clearly just saw me as a number- they're regularly hiring for the same company. I have now started therapy to help me deal with all the problems I faced for over a year. Brook street Birmingham Public sector provided no regular check ins or support or simply bother to help me. I would never advise anyone to work here. No sick pay. No real benefits whatsoever! No assistance.
