Pros
A good company to grow with. Independent working which I enjoyed.
Cons
Could do with more flexibility in regards to home working. Home working is allowed but only on certain days, which is quite restrictive. I had to leave due to moving. I would of liked to stay with the company if there was more home working flexibility.
