Management don't receive proper training at all. In fact, if you are the only person left in the branch because of the high turnover then you will automatically be promoted to manager status. If this suits you then go for it. You will be micromanaged to an inch of your life but an incompetent manager who was so dizzy, I'm shocked she even knew her own name half of the time. If it wasn't for such poor management, I wouldn't have been so frustrated and left.
