6yI'm sorry to hear that your experience didn't meet your expectations. We have recently formed a talent team and talent hub to aid in training and development of our workforce, as well as a coaching program for managers to further aid development and professional growth of our workforce. However, there is still much work to be done and as a business we are committed to making improvements where possible.
