      Pros

      If you have a passion for helping kids better themselves,if you like education,if you feel comfortable working in a school setting

      Cons

      Lack of clear structure,they will over work you,treat you poorly, and not hold staff accountable for their actions,extremely classist in how they position you based on your education no matter if you aren’t fit for the position in any other way

      Friendly Coworkers Contacts with high level city employees Ample vacation time Healthcare and Pension Benefits

      Cons

      Low pay No growth Higher Executives earn way more than supposed to be in an NPO, just like wikipedia senior executives earn a lot and still begs for pennies to customers.

      Plenty of employee benefits to opt into. Generous PTO. Trainings and tools for mental health awareness and self care.

      Cons

      Communication could be better I'm some instances. No clear progression for certain positions. Office politics/favoritism can jam up cultivating stronger workforce.
