The OWNER is the con, LITERALLY. She tells people one thing and does something else. She gives her employees "these incentives", just to take away from them. She does some good, but it is to boast about what she has done. Ethics, morals, and values are not present for this owner and she acts as if no one should have a life outside of Bromberg.
