Pros
Really nice company to work for. You get exposure to a lot of different technologies and pluralsight membership to help with learning Good at implementing changes quickly if they think it will help The team have been really nice and really happy this is my first role in software development Happy with management and everyone has been supportive
Cons
The codebase has been around for a while so have to learn some of the older technologies which can be difficult to find tutorials for. There isn't much documentation on the codebase so you're very much learning on the job through debugging and reading code, however I like this way of working as it really improved my skills quickly.
