Amazing benefits, very little travel, amazing products. Always have opportunities to learn and expand skill base.

HR is a little shaky. Training is not coordinated, so learning is individual based.

Great benefits. Good people, not super strict, the work is aerospace related so you work on cool stuff

Pay is pretty low for the area, most of the engineering team are recent graduates and there's no one experienced enough to properly mentor. German parent company is overbearing.
