The leadership really cares about you as a person and goes out of their way to make you feel like part of a family. Culture is very positive: never experienced yelling or swearing, lude jokes, and felt like they were very inclusive. It mostly had to do with the pandemic and the fact that budgets were so tight. It was difficult to get approval for the tools needed to do the job well. In a better economy the purse strings were not as tight.
