      Pros

      Strong support of their customer. Quality is top shelf.

      Cons

      Lacking in innovative vision. Insulted CEO. Some of the upper management does not have a clue on how to manage. No loyalty. Here today – gone tomorrow…and when you are “eliminated” you are literally done that day in terms of compensation and benefits. Not very humane way of treating loyal employees.

      Nice fellow workers. Steady work.

      Cons

      Production expectations are unreasonable, especially in view of the poor pay. Management sees workers as being numbers and not human beings. Rapid turnover of workers.
