Pros
-I was able to work with the core IT group which was full of knowledgeable techs. -That group of individuals was some of the best that I have ever worked with. -Great work/life balance.
Cons
-Probably the most mismanaged company I have ever worked for. -Changes came down from the very TOP without ANY kind of plan in place for how to transition the company during these major, company changing decisions. -Input from others is not appreciated, even when it benefits the company, with no specific reason as to why input was disregarded other than root cause being poor management.
