Pros
The Benefits are great! Volunteer time off, tuition reimbursement, 5 Weeks Vacation for 10 year + employees and great onsite fitness center.
Cons
It just seems that Brocade is becoming like what I've heard of Cisco. The mentality from management seems to be that people are expendable and that there are 15 more lined up for that job so just deal with the sizable load that should be relegated to two+ employees.
