"Great for investors, not so for employees" - Programmer Analyst/Software Developer Brocade Employee Review

Where do I begin? New management hasn't shown the ability to improve shareholder value by increasing revenues from sales. Instead, it's all one-trick-pony cost reduction, heavily reinforced by offshoring (which they seem to be very proud of). Morale is at an all-time low since I came here ten years ago, and attrition is very noticeable and having a detrimental impact in engineering.
