Stove pipe culture is horrendous. Was exasperated by many of leadership team being in same role for too long. Everything has to get approved up the chain. New management is clearly trying to artificially raise the stock price with no concern of employees. No communication down, or listening to experts. Future is questionable, as they need to find a way to migrate customers from Hardware to virtual networks while Cisco works to delay or acquire dominant position
