Pros

Nice Campus, NIce Gym, Nice Cafeteria,

Cons

There was always concern about "Work/Life" balance, yet with the reductions the remaining staff are doing one and a half or twice the workload, and maintain the same goals and objectives; and are expected to meet or exceed expectations. Some of the remaining staff had to work through weekends to get their jobs completed and meet quarter end requirements. Have received calls from previous colleagues asking for references, as they have had enough. Bonus's are a great motivator but are discretionary, so regardless of how well you have done, the multiplier factor is completely up to your boss. They don't need to give you any bonus regardless of how well you did against your goals and objectives. There seems to be a ongoing requirement to "grow" the employees; but what if you have a hard worker and satisfied employee and they are happy in their current position, and are doing a great job?
